It's hard to believe, but I turned thirty-six today! Yikes…I am getting old!
It seemed like yesterday that I was…
Running across the landscape at Pierce College.
Moving across the plains of Kenya in search of some new friends.
Hanging out in a wall with some of my closest friends while on a music tour.
Flying half-way around the globe to fall in love with Europe, meet some new folks, and perform a little musical titled Dreamer on the life of Joseph.
Coaching some fantastic athletes.
Singing in a small church in Trinidad while working with Habitat for Humanity while on a mission trip with Cal Lutheran.
Somewhere along the path of growing up, I got a few degrees, a few certificates, a designation, and met some really great people. On the journey of life, I met a man named Jim who re-introduced me to my love of Europe – especially Eastern Europe – and eventually with the Russian people.
Along the way, I turned the snapshots of my mind into actual snapshots and discovered a love I did not know I had, but was cultivated by a fantastic photographer and friend.
I've loved a little. Lost a little. Been broke. Been rich. But most importantly I have been blessed a ton!
After One Score and 15 years…I am ready for the next couple of scores if the Lord wills!

David, great shots and memories! Where does the time go! You have experienced a lot for your tender age…with many more opportunities in the future to serve through your gifts and talents. I arrived at ABF when I was 36! We all thank God for your servant heart! Happy and blessed 37th year! Much love, Jim and Barbara
Ah…the gray hair continues to come in. Thanks for the kind words. It’s always fun traveling the world with you. Wish I was going this fall!
