**Written in Athens, Greece**
It's 11pm and we are in downtown Athens. The typical pictures of Athens and of the Acropolis are not where I find myself on this Thursday night.
I am in the backseat of an older model Audi. The seats reflect their age. The windows need cleaning and are water-spotted. I have my camera in hand, and Dustin & Daniella are in the front seat. Mike and Tienette are being dropped off to meet up with men and women who will go out and minister to the Nigerian prostitutes from 11:30 pm to 2:30am.

The streets are crowded with men of all nationalities. Prostitutes adorn the street corners dressed in hiked up skirts showing off as much of the assets that God has given them.
As we drive down the street, white lights indicate the brothels. As many as 12 or 15 lights can be seen as you drive down this narrow street.
Cars of all sizes line both sides of the street. Men moving in and out of the shadows and doorways looking for their next filthy encounter. The street is dark and dingy. The walls contain graffati. These little lights guide the men to live out their ugly desires.
Continuing to drive the streets of Athens, we headed to an area know to have transvestites. Wow…up close and personal with them, we drove slowly past cars that they were in, waiting for their next encounter. Each time they peered through their car windows looking to see if we wanted them. We continued to creep slowly forward allowing cars and motorcycles to pass us.
Street walkers were found in the shadows. Sex shops and erotic stores sit side-by-side in some places. Sad.
It is now past 12:30am and we are once again at home in the safety of a locked apartment, but tonight Mike and Tienette continue to walk the streets with others letting them know that God loves them.
God loves each one of those prostitutes – male, female – they are all precious in His sight.
