Summer Missions Training

It is exactly one week and one day away from my upcoming missions trip to Russia, the Czech Republic, Austria, and Greece.  That trip is all planned and the funds have all come in for the trip (Slava Bogu!).  However, in the midst of preparing for the next week's trip, we had training for our summer missions trip.

This is a unique year for me, as I have nearly six weeks of vacation on the books, and I will be able to go on two missions trips this year.

During the summer trip, I will be headed to the Czech Republic and then on to Pskov, Russia.  Usually I go during the strategy sessions in the spring and fall, but this year, I will be doing the strategy sessions in the spring and then be with the teams in the summer.

Today, we had a training session in Montebello, and I was able to snap a few pictures of the team training.  My role for both the strategy and summer teams will be to provide media support through photography, blogging, and some video.  I am excited about this opportunity, and look forward to seeing what God is going to do in and through me.
