Two Great Apps for Counting Calories (Part 2)

Yesterday, I discussed the Livestrong.com app.  Today, we are going to look at another great app – LoseIt!

LoseIt!

 

LoseIt.com is a great, simple to use system.  It measures caloric intake, weight loss, and exercise.  There is a great iPhone app.  I  do not currently use this systems, but you can read Michael Hyatt's review of this great system.  He lost eleven pounds in six weeks using this app.  Maybe this app will help you meet all of your goals.
