Community Wellness: Week 1

It's hard to believe, but our first week of our Community Wellness Program is in full swing, and we are seeing great results.   We are still tallying the numbers for last week's weight loss, but we are well on our way to meeting our goal of 503 lbs.

On Sunday, twenty-two of us headed over to the track at Agoura High and ran a few laps, and learned some great stretching techniques.  Let's just say that I am still a bit sore from that workout.

We look forward to seeing you this Sunday, and you are welcome to drop the church for Sunday services, and then join us for the workout. The next workout will take us to Chesebro Park.  We will enjoy a two-mile hike/run in the beautiful hills of Agoura Hills.
