The resurgence has begun. After stalling for some time around the 35-40 pound weight loss mark, I am embarking on the next phase of the plan. I still want to lose another 40 or so pounds, and my good buddy Andy wants to drop an aggressive amount of weight in a month, so I agreed to go alongside him and see if we can't match pound for pound the loss (I think he might win).
So here I go – trying to be fully aggressive – workouts / eating right / maintaining some sort of work/life balance – I would love to drop 20 pounds over the next month – that may be too aggressive, but I need a stretch goal.
Goal: 1 month, 20 pounds, a lighter more fit Dave!
