Well, the training week is complete and I have now officially logged 50 miles on the mountain bike and 7 miles on feet giving me a 57 mile week. I haven't had a training week like that in a long time. The bulk of the rides came over the weekend. I think I have earned a rest day & that is what I am going to do tomorrow – I will rest my weary legs.
I wonder what next week's training will be like?
