Well – its been nearly 2 days since my race and I can't get over how sore I am. I rode the exercise bike last nite for 30 minutes to try and flush some of the lactic acid out . . . and it helped but still not gone. I went to the gym tonite to life weights and when I got on the calf machine — OH BOY – did I feel every part of my tight and sore calf muscles. A quick trip on the elliptical for 10 minutes and then I left. I hope tomorrow is better.
