After nearly a month off from training due to illness and exhaustion, I got back on the exercise bike and did fairly well. Knowing that you can't change things overnight, I was conservative in attacking the body after such a long layoff. It felt so good to get back into the exercise routine – more than anything tonight was a win for the mind which is often times my worst competitor.
