Higher education institutions are realizing that the future generations, especially the millenials, learn and grow in a completely different way. Libraries are a source of studying, accessing information thru Wi-Fi, lounging, drinking latte's, and other stuff. So how are higher educational institutions dealing with the change in work arrangements? They are ADAPTING.
