Well, many of you know I achieved my Master's Degree in Management this past December from Indiana Wesleyan University and as busy as I am I have already begun to think about what the next step for me academically might be. I sat down and started browsing the internet for Organizational Leadership or Management doctoral degrees and I found a couple. So. . .I am looking at either and Educational Doctorate or a Ph.D depending on where I go. As always I will take this before the Lord and seek His will, but in the mean time I am pursuing forward with hopefully some clear direction.
