Sleep. . .It’s Overrated

Ever wonder what's happening at 1am in the morning? How about 3am? Well, last night I found myself awake at these hours wondering if I would ever see the inside of eyelids again. The first time I got up walked around my room, knelt next to my bed prayed (for whom I can't remember now) and then went back to bed. Again, I awakened, walked around my living room and went to bed. When I finally awoke around 6:30am, I realized I was quite rested and began my day. The one thing I do remember was listening to the sound of the gentle rain as it beat against my window and the lightpost outside my room, and for a brief minute it was like a sweet lullaby wooing me to sleep.
